It is a great pleasure to announce the 2023 edition of WOCSDICE – Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits held in Europe & EXMATEC – Expert Evaluation and Control of Compound Semiconductor Materials and Technologies, which will take place in Palermo (Italy) on May 21-25^th 2023.

This conference represents a unique opportunity to acquire new knowledge, as well as to exchange ideas on state‐of‐the‐art research and the latest advancements on the following topics:

Compound semiconductors, including wide and ultra-wide bandgap materials (GaAs, InP, SiC, GaN, Ga2O3, AlN, diamond, …)
Advanced electronic, magnetic, optoelectronic, photonic semiconductor devices (materials, processing, characterization and modelling)
Organic electronics
Nanomaterials, including 2D materials (graphene, MoS2, TMDs,…), surfaces and interfaces (growth, characterization, theory and applications)
Reliability aspects for materials, processes and devices (in power and high-frequency electronics and optoelectronic devices)
Advanced semiconductor characterization and simulation techniques

Extended Abstracts (max 2 pages for regular contributors, max 4 pages for invited speakers) must be submitted within March 1^st, 2023.

The extended abstract MUST be prepared using instructions and format described in the conference website.
